All the Agile Adlibs fun easily fits in the standard time box for a retrospective. Most teams take 45 minutes to an hour to complete a session, though timing is dependent on the conversations your team has. We recommend blocking out a two-hour slot for a two-week sprint and you’ll have plenty of time.
