Build Your Own Scrum is being used by Scrum Trainers to teach Scrum from the back of the room around the world at companies like Intel and Expedia. It has helped hundreds of people learn about Scrum without a boring lecture, and has been used by Agile Coaches as a tool for assessing Scrum knowledge of existing teams.

I’ve spent over two years refining BYOS and am offering it for FREE to the Agile community.

If you find it useful, I encourage you to make a donation. Funds I raise will be used for my future Agile projects.

Very interesting tool for getting people learning Scrum playing in teams and sharing their knowledge. Drawings are pretty good, explanations are clear and detailed. I especially like the Myths or Fact part that can be used in its own as the full workshop can take up to 3 hours. Adam is sharing a great game and hours of work.
